Assignment 1

This assignment covers Chapter 1 to Chapter 3 in Verbeek. You need to be able to derive formula for OLS Coefficients and their standard errors. You need also to be able to demonstrate that they are unbiased. Furthermore, you need to be able to intrepret coefficients and hypothesis tests and to make conclusions based on results presented including being aware of limitations such as potential ommitted variables.
